Allahabad University PG Admission New Process !

इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय में पीजी एडमिशन प्रक्रिया अब पूरी तरह ऑनलाइन, एक ही पोर्टल से होगी काउंसलिंग और डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन !


University of Allahabad ने शैक्षणिक सत्र 2026-27 से पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट (PG) कोर्सेज में प्रवेश प्रक्रिया को पूरी तरह डिजिटल बनाने का बड़ा फैसला लिया है। अब विश्वविद्यालय में पीजी एडमिशन के लिए छात्रों को अलग-अलग विभागों के चक्कर नहीं लगाने पड़ेंगे, क्योंकि पूरी प्रक्रिया एक सिंगल ऑनलाइन पोर्टल के माध्यम से पूरी कराई जाएगी।


नई व्यवस्था के तहत प्रवेश प्रक्रिया केंद्रीकृत (Centralized), पेपरलेस (Paperless) और डिजिटल होगी। अब तक विश्वविद्यालय के अधिकांश पीजी विभाग अपने स्तर पर अलग-अलग काउंसलिंग आयोजित करते थे, जिसके लिए छात्रों को विभाग में जाकर दस्तावेज सत्यापन (Document Verification) और अन्य औपचारिकताएं पूरी करनी पड़ती थीं।


अब नई प्रणाली लागू होने के बाद चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को सबसे पहले विश्वविद्यालय के ऑनलाइन पोर्टल पर जाकर अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन करना होगा। इसके बाद उम्मीदवार अपने सभी जरूरी दस्तावेज जैसे मार्कशीट, प्रमाणपत्र, पहचान पत्र तथा अन्य आवश्यक जानकारी पोर्टल पर अपलोड करेंगे।


छात्रों द्वारा अपलोड किए गए दस्तावेज सीधे संबंधित विभागों तक डिजिटल माध्यम से पहुंच जाएंगे। संबंधित विभाग इन्हीं दस्तावेजों की जांच करेंगे और सत्यापन प्रक्रिया पूरी करेंगे। इसका सबसे बड़ा फायदा यह होगा कि छात्रों को बार-बार विश्वविद्यालय या अलग-अलग विभागों में जाकर लाइन लगाने या ऑफलाइन प्रक्रिया से गुजरने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी।


विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन का मानना है कि इस नई व्यवस्था से एडमिशन प्रक्रिया अधिक पारदर्शी (Transparent), तेज (Fast) और सुविधाजनक (Convenient) बनेगी। इससे समय की बचत होगी और छात्रों को अनावश्यक भागदौड़ से राहत मिलेगी।


साथ ही विश्वविद्यालय ने PG प्रवेश परीक्षा के तहत कई विषयों के परिणाम जारी करना शुरू कर दिया है। जानकारी के अनुसार PGAT-II के अंतर्गत 27 विषयों का रिजल्ट जारी किया जा चुका है, जबकि बाकी विषयों के परिणाम भी जल्द घोषित किए जाएंगे।


इस नई डिजिटल एडमिशन व्यवस्था को छात्रों के लिए एक बड़ा बदलाव माना जा रहा है, जिससे आने वाले समय में University Grants Commission की डिजिटल शिक्षा नीति को भी मजबूती मिलेगी।


Allahabad University Introduces Fully Online PG Admission Process for Session 2026-27 !


University of Allahabad has announced a major change in its postgraduate admission process for the academic session 2026-27. The university has decided to make the entire PG admission procedure completely digital, centralized, and paperless, making the process easier and more convenient for students.


Under the new system, candidates seeking admission to postgraduate courses will no longer need to visit different departments for counseling, document verification, or completing admission formalities. Instead, the entire process will now be conducted through a single online admission portal.


As per the new admission framework, shortlisted candidates will first need to register themselves on the university’s official admission portal. After registration, students will be required to upload all necessary documents, including mark sheets, certificates, identity proof, and other required information online.


Once the documents are uploaded, they will be automatically forwarded digitally to the concerned departments for verification and approval. Earlier, most departments used to conduct counseling separately, and students had to physically visit departments to complete document verification and other formalities.


With this new digital admission model, students will no longer have to move from one department to another for paperwork. University officials believe this system will make the admission process more transparent, faster, and student-friendly.


The university has also started releasing postgraduate entrance examination results. According to available information, under PGAT-II, results for 27 subjects have already been declared, while results for the remaining subjects are expected to be released soon.


This initiative is being seen as a significant modernization step by the university and is expected to improve efficiency while reducing unnecessary delays and physical paperwork during the admission process.
